Description: Increase the size of your breasts using inflatable implants filled with saline. 
Length of Procedure: 1-2 hours.
Use of Anesthesia: Local with sedation, or general.
Location: Mostly outpatient. 
Side Effects: Change in nipple sensation, swelling, soreness.  In addition, breasts will be more sensitive for several weeks. 
Risks: Nipples may have permanent change in sensation, either increase or decrease.  In addition, the implants may not be permanent.
Back to Yourself: Patients can go back to work within a few days. Scars will fade from several months to a year.

Side Effects: Temporary swelling and discomfort. 
Risks: Scarring, permanent loss of sensation in nipples and breast.
