After 5 minutes with Dr. Burnett I knew that he was the right doctor for me. Dr. Burnett and his staff were courteous, professional and very informative. Dr. Burnett's knowledge of cosmetic surgery instilled confidence in my attitude towards the procedure I was interested in doing. Dr. Burnett and his staff were always available to answer any of my questions before and after my surgery in complete privacy. My well being and happiness was always first on Dr. Burnett's list. He made me feel very special.

Dr. Burnett helped me to achieve the look I was looking for. I encourage anyone that is even considering cosmetic surgery to meet with Dr. Burnett. It was a wonderful experience and I would do it all over again!

Last fall I sat in front of my computer surfing the internet for physicians who specialized in plastic and reconstructive surgery when I came across the name C. Duncan Burnett. I decided I would personally visit his office since I heard many horrible stories of botched plastic surgeries.

I must confess I was very impressed by the home-like atmosphere. The staff were all very polite and courteous. It reminded me of the family physicians my family often spoke of.

At age ten I modeled a two-piece bathing suit, but after giving birth to 3 children, I looked completely different. See before and after photos.

Working with Dr. Burnett has been a rewarding experience. He listened to everything I had to say, explained in detail what I should expect. He went about his work like a true professional explaining every detail of his work. I will recommend Dr. Burnett to anyone desiring plastic or reconstructive surgery. The result was great and the professional ethics superb.

About two years ago I wanted to have liposuction to my hips and thighs, but did not know where to start looking. After questioning a few of my doctors the same name was repeated over and over, Dr. Burnett. I was first drawn to Dr. Burnett because he came highly recommended by his medical colleagues and also by other patients I spoke to. The reasons I stayed with Dr. Burnett were numerous. Upon the moment I walked into his office I was treated as though I was the only person that mattered to Dr. Burnett. He took the time to understand what I was looking to achieve and also understand me. He never once rushed me out of his office because another patient was waiting, nor did he interrupt our consultations for phone calls etc. When I was in his office I was more than a patient, I felt, I was becoming a part of his extended family. He took the time to ease my concerns and the concerns of my parents. Dr. Burnett is caring, patient and his personality is contagious. I never once felt like I was in a doctors office, which is normally cold and lonely, instead I felt embraced and guided throughout the whole procedure. 

Overall, my experience with Dr. Burnett was wonderful. I have had nothing but positive results. Because of Dr. Burnett my expectations about the outcome of my surgery were exceeded and I would definitely go to him again and recommend him to anyone looking for a great surgeon and doctor.

 

There is only one word to describe Dr. Burnett and that is word is 'Perfectionist."  Dr. Burnett and his staff are amazing people and top of the line professionals. They have no idea how they drastically changed my life forever. I had my first consultation in the spring of 1999 and by the fall of 2000 I was ready to commit to cosmetic surgery. I never thought it would be so easy to release all my fears and to put my trust in others, but it was possible after I met Dr. Burnett and his staff. Patricia and Janet are truly caring, nurturing and honest individuals. They really care about you as a person and your concerns. I have always felt very comfortable when 1 would visit Dr. Burnett's office. As a result of being a client I now have an incredible relationship with this office. Besides my husband, Dr. Burnett is my "SUPERHERO," he has saved me from many disasters both mentally and physically. His hands are his secret weapon used to create mental stability. I wish there were more people on this earth who would give of themselves completely with integrity and commitment like Dr. Burnett. Therefore, I will continue to refer clients to Dr. Burnett's office because there are so many lives that can be saved and changed on this planet by his secret weapon. Dr. Burnett you will always be my superhero.

 

Middle age had arrived and I was trying to accept it gracefully. However, I looked anything but graceful. I was not overweight and most things were still in proportion-except for that terrible stomach. Childbirth, age, lack of exercise, gravity etc. had all contributed to a large, flabby tummy. I decided that maybe I could age more gracefully and perhaps even be able to button pants or zip up a skirt, if I had a tummy tuck.

I was fortunate enough to find Dr. Burnett and as much as I dreaded that first visit (letting someone see that tummy)-Dr. Burnett put me immediately at ease. He listened to my concerns and what I hoped the surgery would accomplish. He carefully explained what the procedure would entail and what the expected outcome would be. Dr. Burnett was very professional, yet his manner was down to earth and "regular." I liked and trusted him immediately-so surgery was scheduled and performed a few weeks later.

Discomfort after the surgery was minimal. I had several post op visits with Dr. Burnett, to remove stitches and check progress. He was caring and concerned and always took the time to answer my questions. On the day that all stitches and bandages were gone-I couldn't believe my eyes and could not have been more pleased with the results. (Bonus-no more appendix scar) I think that Dr. Burnett was even more pleased than I-not that he had done such a wonderful job, but that he had made me so happy.
